NOTE: The fee quoted you for (most) event sessions includes approximately one hour's time at a single location. Additional costs may apply for extra time required and/or multi-site coverage, at the photographer's discretion. Price will be discounted 5% if you choose to get your pictures "unedited."

GETTING YOUR PICTURES - your pictures will be burned to a CD or DVD which will (generally) be available to you in about 10 business days. If you're unable to pick up your pictures prior to your departure, the disc will be sent ASAP via First Class/Airmail at no additional cost (to mainland U.S. & Canada addresses). USPS Priority Mail delivery is available for $10.00 (to most North American addresses, a little more to "everywhere else.") FedEx 2-day delivery is also available, pricing provided upon request.

Bruce Wheeler of Seventh Wave PhotoGraphics will not to be held responsible for any delays in his timely arrival to the photo session caused by "acts of God" or other circumstances beyond his control. If you are lost, late, or experiencing any other difficulties that may contribute to a delay in you and your party's arrival for the session, please call Bruce's cell phone, 808/385 5463. (It's also suggested you call the traffic hotline at 808/986-1200 to check on current Island road conditions - possible highway closures, extreme traffic delays, etc. - prior to your departure for the event.)

I, the undersigned, hold Bruce Wheeler and Seventh Wave PhotoGraphics innocent of any and all liability with respect to personal property damage or loss, illness, injury or death, for any reason immediately prior to, during, or at any time immediately following the completion of the photo shoot, to any and all participating persons.

    You are encouraged to consider the following:
.
1.  At airports, hand carry all unprocessed film you may have. X-ray inspection
     can & will cause serious damage to film. (Don't believe them if they tell you
     that X-rays aren't a problem!)  Generally speaking, X-rays will not harm
     digital media - memory cards and such, but if you can avoid exposing them
     to X-rays from any source, try and do so!  Better to be safe than sorry!
2.  Always wear a sunscreen of at least 25-SPF, even on overcast days! (Sunburned
     skin does not look good in photos!) Light makeup is OK, but please don't overdo it!
3.  Do not wear or use any products with a strong fragrance such as perfumes,
     after shaves or heavily scented lotions as they attract pesky flying insects.
4.  You may choose to wear "some" insect repellent, but not too much.
5.  Bring tissues, paper towels or a suitable handkerchief for blotting your face.
6.  Eat something light, and drink water or other non-caffeinated drinks to avoid
     dehydration or wooziness, and consider bringing bottled water with you.
7.  Please refrain from smoking or chewing gum during your session. (Thanks!)
8.  If you can help it, leave nothing of value inside unattended vehicles (including
     trunks). Also, try to keep your personal belongings - handbags, backpacks,
     cameras, etc. - fully "secure" at all times while in public, especially so at beaches.
9.  For younger kids, it's suggested that they "go potty" (prior to an event) as public
     rest room facilities are lacking at many locales.
10. Finally, please don't forget to bring your smile!
